Well-Known Miami Resident David Loibman Passed Away Due To Health Complications

David Leon Loibman was a member of group called Deaf Row, which based in Miami, Florida. He died of a heart attack at his home and had diabetes. Loibman fathered over six children with several women. He was well known in the deaf community in District of Columbia and Florida. He had many loyal fans until he left the street life and focused on his family and religion.
Loibman was 47 when he passed on June 8th, 2021.
