Lamarcus Brice, a Florida native, passed away after complications stemmed from having seizures. He was an aspiring athlete and had a huge love for gym including maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Paul Peterman was killed in a road rage in Coral Springs, Florida.  He died from blunt trauma. The firefighter was not charged during pending investigation but removed from his primary job at the fire department.
Peterman was recorded as he reacted aggressively during the incident.
His obituary as reads:
Paul Peterman Killed In Road Rage In FloridaPaul Joseph Peterman was not just anybody. He was truly an awesome person, an amazing soul. Paul was not just a son, a brother, a fiancé, a grandson, a cousin, a nephew, or an uncle, he was also a true friend. His heart was so big, fierce and protective, and full of love. Paul was one of the most selfless person; call him and he’s there as fast as his Ford loving self could be. His love was shown through his actions by putting others first before himself, and always ready to lend a helping hand, whether asked or just as if he already knew. Paul was a proud man, lifesaver, animal-lover, charismatic and easy-going, funny spirit-lifter, a goof, and a true gentleman. He is known for his fondness of varying moustache/goatee and wild hair creations and is quick to make many of us laugh. He is admired as a dedicated hard-worker, persistent and a perfectionist. Paul really loved his job at Paradigm Production Services, treating it like his second home, and always spoke endearingly of his co-workers, as brothers. Paul loved to show photos of the beautiful productions that the company produces. His brilliance is evident with his creativity and multiple self-taught skills regardless of his being deaf. Paul was indeed our “MacGyver”, with expletory abilities in many different areas – handyman, theatrical, lights/sounds, carpentry, welding, electric, softball, wrestling, Eagle Scout, High COPE instructor, Civil War Re-Enactor (fastest cartridge packer in the South), Roman Solider/Joseph in FUMC’s Bethlehem Revisited, RC racing… just to name a few. He lived his life to its fullest, and did many things like skydiving, whitewater rafting guide, camping or simply being outside in nature. Many lives have been touched by Paul in one way or another. He was a loving, caring and generous man. Always on the go, he was our Energizer Rebel, with strikingly blue eyes. Paul is loved by many of us. While we are all heartbroken and grieving deeply, we are also celebrating Paul who was certainly an outstanding one-of-a-kind. His silly antics, genuine smile, and hearty laugh will be sorely missed.
Thank you for your continuous support and prayers while we try to process this senseless loss. Join us in celebrating Paul Joseph Peterman as we host memorial services on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at First United Methodist Church (8650 W. Sample Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33065) at 10:30am. Reception to follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for monetary donations which will be equally divided between these two wonderful organizations:
South Plantation High School Theatre Dept. — Paul’s passion for working behind the scenes began at SPHS in the theatre department as a high school student and it enhanced throughout his life; and
Boy Scouts of America, Eagle Scouts/High COPE – Paul always loved being a scout while growing up, and advanced to be the best in everything he could be.
Rest in peace, our beloved Paul, fly high like an eagle.
