Deaf Man Killed In Pedestrian Accident In District Heights

A deaf man was hit and killed by two vehicles in District Heights. He was later identified as Manny Cortez of Brooklyn, New York.
The victim was later identified as 25-year-old Manuel Cortez of Brooklyn, New York on September 17,
Both the drivers of the SUV and the Mercedes were not injured and remained at the scene. Investigators are working to determine the circumstances leading up to the collision.
He was 25.
